Paul Ebert
served as Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney before being elected Prince William County Commonwealth’s Attorney in 1968. He has been re-elected eight times. Ebert is Past President of the Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorneys Association and Founder/First Chairman of the Commonwealth’s Attorneys Training & Services Council. He established local Crimesolvers and McGruff House programs and is a member of the Northern Virginia Community College Police Science Advisory Committee. Ebert served on the Governor’s Task Force for the Effective Prosecution of Domestic Violence and the Virginia Legislative Task Force for Juvenile Justice Reform. He is a recipient of numerous awards for trial advocacy.

Marsha Levick
is Legal Director and co-founder of the Juvenile Law Center where she served as the organization’s first Executive Director. In 1982, Levick left to become the Legal Director, and then Executive Director, of the NOW Legal Defense and Education Fund. In 1995, Levick returned to the Center. She worked with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on juvenile court rules and the American Bar Association's taskforce on standards for prosecuting juveniles in the adult justice system. Levick serves on the management committee of the National Juvenile Defender Center and teaches at the law schools of the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University.
